SHIPPING POLICY

This website is operated by Revolution LLC (“we”, “us” and “our”).

Processing & Production Time

Our processing time varies depending on the product type:

Print-on-Demand Products: Made-to-order items require 2-7 business days for production before shipping

Drop-Shipped Products: Items fulfilled by our partners typically ship within 1-5 business days

Orders containing multiple items with different fulfillment methods may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Holiday & Peak Season Notice

Processing and delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (such as holidays or major sales events). We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Order Cutoff Times

Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) local time may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination, product type, and shipping method selected at checkout:

Domestic (US) Standard: 3-7 business days after processing

Domestic (US) Expedited: 2-3 business days after processing (in-stock items only)

International Standard: 7-21 business days after processing (varies by country)

Total delivery time = Processing/Production time + Shipping time

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information for each package. If your order contains items from multiple fulfillment centers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Some international destinations may have limited tracking visibility depending on the carrier and country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order contents. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically—check our homepage for current offers.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will only be refunded when a return is approved due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees or fails to provide required customs information, the package may be returned or destroyed by the carrier. We cannot issue refunds for these situations.

Some countries may have shipping or tracking restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Print-on-Demand items: Cannot be modified or cancelled once sent to production (typically within 24 hours of purchase)

Drop-Shipped & In-Stock items: May be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us immediately at [your email]

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains products from different fulfillment methods, items will ship separately as they become available. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Split shipments may arrive several days apart depending on production and fulfillment timelines.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at connect@revolutionwithin.life within 30 days of your order date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will, at our discretion, issue a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. Customers are not required to file claims with shipping carriers. We handle carrier claims internally.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

If our system flags your address as incomplete or undeliverable, we may contact you for confirmation before shipping.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

Returned-to-sender packages due to customer errors (incorrect address, failure to pick up, refusal to pay customs, etc.) are eligible for reshipment once additional shipping fees are paid. Refunds for returned packages may be issued minus original shipping costs.
