Return and Refund Policy
This website is operated by Revolution LLC (“we”, “us” and “our”).
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law:
- Print-on-demand products (unless defective or incorrect)
- Digital products or downloads
- Sale Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Items purchased with store credit or using promotional or clearance pricing
- Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or normal wear
Otherwise, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For all damaged/incorrect item claims (including Print-on-Demand and drop-shipped items), customers must provide:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be defective or incorrect.
For defective or incorrect items, return eligibility must be verified by our support team. We may require photos or additional information before approving a return.
If a defective or incorrect return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Approved returns must be shipped within the timeframe provided in the return instructions and in the condition in which they were received.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will only be refunded when a return is approved due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
Additional Return Requirements Based on Product Type
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Print-on-demand items are custom-made specifically for your order. Because these products are produced on demand, they are not eligible for returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or preference-based reasons.
POD items are only eligible for a replacement or refund (at our discretion) if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item arrives defective
- There is a printing error
- You received the wrong item
To process a POD issue, customers must provide:
- Photos of the damaged package and damaged product
- Photos of the defective area
- A photo of the full product
- A photo of the packing slip
- A description of the issue
Claims for POD issues must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Drop-Shipped Products
Some items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. These items may have different return procedures and must be returned to the designated partner facility.
- Unauthorized returns sent to the wrong address cannot be accepted.
- Some drop-shipped items may be subject to supplier-specific restrictions.
- Shipping fees for drop-shipped returns may be non-refundable depending on the supplier’s policy.
We will provide the correct return address and instructions once your return request is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International orders may experience longer refund timelines due to customs processing and carrier delays.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
